Forever Slave é uma banda espanhola de gothic metal formada em 2000 por Servalath e a vocalista Lady Angellyca. Eles gravaram duas demo tapes, intituladas "Hate" e "Schwarzer Engel", em 2000 and 2001, respectivamente, e em 2004 gravaram outra demo, chamada "Resurrection". Seu primeiro álbum só foi lançado em setembro de 2005, intitulado Alice's Inferno, produzido por Lars Ratz e lançado pela gravadora Armageddon Music.

A banda é formada por:
