Kamelot

Kamelot é uma banda de Symphonic Metal e Melodic Metal dos Estados Unidos. A banda surgiu nos Estados Unidos em Tampa, Flórida. Fundada no ano de 1992 por Thomas Youngblood e Richard Warner. Em 1994 a banda assinou um contrato com a Noise Records, lançando seu primeiro álbum, Eternity, em Agosto. A imprensa apreciou o álbum como uma das ofertas mais promissoras de todas. Com a line-up formada, Thom, que já tinha um bom material composto com o baterista Richard, reúne a banda e entra em estúdio para, em Agosto de 1995, lançar seu primeiro disco, intitulado "Eternity". A crítica gosta e uma pequena turnê se segue ao lançamento do álbum. A seguir, novamente período de composições e gravações, e em 1996 saía "Dominion", que era superior ao "Eternity" tanto em questão de composições quanto no conteúdo lírico. O novo petardo uniria o bom e velho metal clássico a seqüências mais trabalhadas de música clássica e até jazz. A superioridade e crescente maturidade da banda eram latentes.
